Comments - Handsome depiction of beauties gathering silkworm cocoons for processing into silk. The kneeling woman picks cocoons from a filled basket, adding them to a small wooden box in her hand. The beauty behind her holds another basket under her arm, and more cocoons are scattered across a white mat on the floor. Behind them, stone steps lead to a building with a lattice panel across the doorway. A nicely detailed design showing one of the steps in the process of sericulture.
