Shrine with Magic Foxes

Comments - Fascinating scene a shrine where magic foxes wander about the grounds. At upper right, two foxes play in a cave while another carries a flag as he approaches walking on his back legs. Other foxes can be seen near the roofed water basin at left, and in dark silhouette near the main building at top center. Outside the torii gate, people enjoy a picnic and swim in the lotus pond as two fox beauties play brooms as shamisen. A charming design with wonderful detail.
