Comments - Attractive Osaka kabuki scene of a couple visiting a shrine in springtime, the grounds dotted with cherry trees covered with pink blossoms. The beauty looks intently over her shoulder at her companion, holding a fan to the side of her face. She wears a purple outer kimono patterned with folding fans, large flowers, and blue splashes of water over a red under robe. A cluster of small blue flowers adorns her hair. Her companion looks up at her beseechingly, dressed in a purple kimono bordered with blossoms and boldly patterned pants. A handsome design with a nicely detailed setting.
