Asakusa River and Distant View of Kinryuzan Temple - Handsome pillar print design of a ferry crossing the Asakusa River. Rain slants down across the water and the boatman poles his craft along, wearing a straw raincoat. Boats are moored along the opposite shore, and the buildings of Kinryuzan Temple rise above the treetops in the distance. Nicely detailed with soft bokashi shading. A fine Takamizawa reprint with publisher's seal on reverse.
