Sparrows and Camellia in Snow, 1861

Comments - Handsome winter scene of two sparrows and a snow-covered camellia branch, with a bright pink blossom peeking through the snow. Very similar to a design by Hiroshige I. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts has this image in its collection.

Artist - Hiroshige II (1826 - 1869)

Image Size - 13" x 4 3/8" + top margin as shown

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. A couple small holes repaired. Slight soiling. Red seal on reverse at lower left with faint bleed-through to front. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
