Dawn Moon of the Shinto Rites - Gorgeous, colorful Yoshitoshi design from the 100 Moon series illustrating the Sanno Festival, a celebration every June coordinated around a Shinto full moon ritual. Shinto is a religion based around the worship of the natural world. The festival included parades and bright costumed figures of the natural gods. Beautiful print with fine color and excellent detail.
