Angry Nobleman - Great kabuki scene of an enraged nobleman angrily waving a fan above his head, threatening to strike the samurai in the center. He wears a red geometric print coat trimmed with bows and tied with a tasseled cord over an embossed white kimono, his long hair flowing over his shoulders. The samurai grimaces, gripping his own sword at his side. At left, a princess stares at the men with dismay, her mouth slightly open. The beauty wears a red floral kimono, her head topped with clusters of flowers trimmed with metal fringe. Nice bolds figures, with fine bokashi shading and handsome wood grain impression in the night sky. Includes a dusting of mica across the top of the panels.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Three separate panels, backed with paper. Three small holes, repaired. Slight soiling. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
