Series; Collection of Famous Products of Edo

Dried Nori - Attractive portrait of a courtesan trimming a lamp. She wears a pink kimono with a flower pattern tied loosely around her, clutching her obi with one hand, several tissues caught between her teeth. A shaft of light rises from the lantern against the pale gray background. The inset at upper right shows a wooden processing and drying nori, a type of edible seaweed, along the edge of the water. A handsome design with soft color. A fine reprint by the Watanabe Publisher with 7mm Watanabe seal near lower right edge, in use from 1957 - 1989.

Image Size - 14 3/4" x 10" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. A few faint creases near edges. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
