Yokkaichi: Yokkaichi: Mirage of the Clam's Palace at Nako-no-umi - Lovely portrait of a beauty along the shore, smiling happily as she takes a brief rest from her daily tasks. She wears a straw apron over her blue-gray floral print kimono, her hair pulled back into a low ponytail, with loose strands framing her face and a comb slipping loose at the side. The spires of the magnificent Clam's Palace at Nako-no-umi appear beyond as a mirage beyond the water, perhaps the subject of her daydream. A charming subject.

Artist - Toyokuni III/Kunisada (1786 - 1864)

Image Size - 13 7/8" x 8 3/4" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Stitching holes at left edge from previous folio binding, small losses and thinning at bottom corners, a few holes, repaired. Slight soiling, a few creases. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
