Comments - Terrific kacho-e or birds and flowers design of a rooster and a hen huddled near the ground. Beautifully rendered with a few deft brushstrokes, the dark tail feathers form a handsome contrast with the bright red cockscombs and softly shaded gray background. A simple, elegant design with beautiful wood grain impression.
