Warrior in a Dragon Kimono, 1881 - Handsome kabuki portrait of a young warrior wearing a fine kimono patterned with a fierce dragon over his armor. He looks over his shoulder with a dismayed expression, his brows furrowed as he clutches a red brocade sash draped over his shoulder. His hair sticks wildly out around his head, with a center part at the top and longer locks hanging over his shoulders. The background features a traditional red and white tie-dyed fabric pattern. The black lining of his kimono is burnished with a subtle scrolling pattern, a nice touch.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Vertical fold near left edge. Slight separation at ends of fold and a couple small holes along fold. Slight soiling, slight rippling. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
