Series; A True Mirror of Chinese and Japanese Poetry

Ri Haku (Li Bai) - Dramatic depiction of the eighth-century poet Li Bai (Ri Haku in Japanese) kneeling at the edge of a cliff admiring a rushing waterfall. Two small boys huddle against him as he leans on a walking staff. A striking design, beautifully suited to the tall vertical format. Wonderful color and fine shading in the sky and ground, with delicate embossing in the flowing water. Very rare to find in reprint.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. A couple small creases at edges. Please see photos for details. Very nice overall.
