Looking down at the City

Opening at only $49!

Kiyoshi Ikezumi - Fantastic modern design by the artist Kiyoshi Ikezumi, who created a series of woodblocks recalling 1920s street scenes and corner shops in Japan, along with traditional festivals and celebrations. Ikezumi wanted to capture the culture and neighborhoods of old Japan before they disappeared completely, replaced by large modern buildings. His striking works feature vibrant color and heavy black outlines, giving them a stained glass-like appearance with bold graphic appeal. A great choice to collect or display, each limited edition print is pencil-signed and numbered, with a red artist's seal. Each print in this group is numbered 3/200, a very early number in the series and quite desirable for collectors.

Numbered - 3/200

Artist - Kiyoshi Ikezumi (born 1913)

Image Size - 14" x 11" + margins as shown
