The Restaurant Kin Minamoto, Shintomi-machi - Charming scene of a beauty stopping in the courtyard of the Kin Minamoto Restaurant to wash her hands. She uses a dipper to scoop water from a basin as she stands on one of the stepping stones leading through the garden. Behind her, a servant dries her hands on a blue and white stripped towel. Blossoming cherry trees add a colorful note. An attractive subject with fine detail in the architectural setting.
