Kanasugi Bridge and Shibaura - Terrific Hiroshige landscape print depicting a procession of Nichiren believers crossing the Kanasugi Bridge over the Furukawa River at the start of a pilgrimage to a holy place. The bridge is packed with umbrellas and straw hats, with banners waving overhead. Ships can be seen on the water beyond with a soft rosy glow spreading along the horizon in the distance. An attractive design with fine bokashi shading.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Faint toning and spotting, a few creases, a couple small ink marks, minor offsetting. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
