Wife of Tokugawa Ieharu, No. 10 - Beautiful image of Tomoku, the young wife of the tenth Shogun, Tokugawa Ieharu in her private quarters. A lady-in-waiting helps her to put on a lovely red kimono patterned with cranes and pine trees, symbols of good luck. Behind her, a white robe is draped over a folding screen. Fine detail in the expressive faces and delicate embossing in the white fabric. A lovely image with wonderful color and patterning.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Small wormholes and holes, repaired. Please see photos for details. In nice condition overall.
