Fine View from the Top of Mount Atago in Shiba, circa 1843 - 1845 - Terrific design of a busy tea stall on the hilltop at Atago Shrine, with customers relaxing and enjoying the view of the city and harbor below. A mother and child look over the railing near the center while at left, an old woman serves a cup of tea to a man sitting on the bench. The scene is nicely framed by the shrine building at left and tall trees at right. A classic Hiroshige subject, attractively colored.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Slight creasing, a few small spots, very slight soiling near edges. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
