Summer: Cooling Off between the Bridges, 1843 -1847 - Attractive triptych of beauties cooling off in boats on the river. At left, a woman stands in the back of a boat, shielding her eyes with her hand as she scans the horizon, a dotted towel draped over her shoulder. The beauty in the center smiles back at her while at right, a woman enjoys a snack of edamame or boiled soybeans as she leans against the roof of the cabin, her boat shelter beneath the tall pilings of a bridge. A handsome summer scene, nicely detailed.

Image Size - 14 1/8" x 29 1/4" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Three separate panels. A few small holes, a few tiny losses at edges, repaired. Creasing, slight toning and soiling, slight rubbing at edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
