Comments - Interesting kabuki portrait of a beauty of the side of a paper lantern decorated with large blue flowers. She looks ahead with a happy smile, a string of prayer beads hanging from the end of her sleeve. She wears an intricately patterned blue and gray kimono over a red under robe, her hair tied back with purple cord into thick, swinging ponytail. A bold design with horizontal strokes of green filling the area below the lantern. Nicely detailed with fine line work in the hair.
