Series; Famous Places in the Eastern Capital

Moonlit Evening at Takanawa - Beautiful evening view of the busy waterfront at Takanawa. Porters carry passengers by palanquin and a man rides atop a horse laden with woven trunks, his face hidden by a large hat. Ships are moored in the harbor for the night, and a flock of birds passes before the glowing full moon. A lovely Hiroshige landscape design with soft shading in the water and sky, rarely seen in reprint.
