Comments - Beautiful winter scene of the Shin or New Bridge at Nikko, the red lacquer of the curving structure providing a lively note of color against the soft grays and blues of the landscape. The river is shaded to a deeper blue near the bottom, with white snowflakes falling peacefully over the scene. A lovely Hasui postcard design. Undated, circa 1930s.
