Comments - Handsome design depicting two saruwaka actors performing a dance at New Year's. The fellow at left leaps on one foot, waving a red tasseled cord above his head. He wears a black and yellow tunic over a rust colored kimono, a matching scarf tied around his head. His companion rushes forward with a folding fan in hand, the long pants of his kamishimo trailing behind him. A charming image, nicely colored.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail. Backed with old album paper. Some light soiling and a couple creases. A couple small holes repaired with backing. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
