Adachi was one of the most respected publishers of the 20th century. Their woodblocks were printed to the highest standards with excellent color and fine detail. Founded in 1925, Adachi also chose interesting and varied subjects for their prints and was the only publisher of many famous old ukiyo-e images.

Autumn Moon at Ishiyama Temple - Wonderful view of Ishiyama at night, with a full moon glowing high in the sky, illuminating the water below. moon illuminating the towering rocky shoreline. Rooftops are nestled at the base of the rocky shore, with a temple structure in the mountains at the upper left. Nice soft color with fine shading in the water and sky.
