Benkei Moat outside Sakurada, 1862 - Handsome view of Benkei Moat outside Sakurada in Edo. Pedestrians and workers stroll along the gently curving road following the edge of the moat, along with a rider on horseback. The banks are dotted with trees, and the walls of daimyo palaces stretch across the horizon, with a few towering pines rising above the rooftops in the distance. Nicely composed.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. A few pinholes, mostly in margins, repaired, blends well. Slight soiling and a few creases near edges. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
