Actors Bowing, 1847 - 1852

Comments - Handsome portrait depicting a group of actors, several of them bowing. The actors include Ichikawa Danjuro VIII, Ichimura [?] V, Ichimura Uzaemon XIII, Bando Shuka, and Ichikawa Kuzo II. The seated man at upper right stares ahead with eyes wide and a worried frown. The man at far left turns his head to the side and scowls as he leans forward. A beauty sits at right, eying her companion with a disdainful expression. Nice expressive faces with soft shading in the background.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail. Two separate panels. A few small holes repaired from reverse. Some minor soiling at edges. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
