Comments - Interesting kabuki scene of a samurai encountering a commoner at a teahouse. The commoner leans forward with an enthusiastic smile, as if he knows the samurai. The young warrior reacts with confusion, holding his hands out in surprise. A tobacco set rests on the bench behind him, and blue and white patterned curtains hang overhead. Nice expressive figures.
