Comments - Interesting print depicting Prince Genji sitting in an interior room of a mansion, viewed through an open window above shoji panels. The young nobleman sits on a cushion, smiling happily as an attendant bows before him. A fine reed blind is rolled up overhead and tied with tasseled cords, and the edge of an elegant standing screen can be seen at right. Nice detail in the setting, attractively colored.

Artist - Toyokuni III/Kunisada (1786 - 1864)

Image Size - 14 1/2" x 9 7/8" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. A few small holes repaired. Slight soiling at edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
