Viewing Cherry Blossoms at Ueno

Comments - Attractive scene of beauties on an outing to view the cherry blossoms at Ueno Park. At left, a woman balances on one foot as her companion leans over to repair her sandal strap. The beauties at right wear colorful kimono and have cloths wrapped protectively over their elegant hairstyles. The grassy slopes behind them are dotted with cherry trees covered with pink blossoms, with the roof of a temple and a pagoda spire visible at left. A charming subject, nicely detailed.
