Courtesans in Spring

Comments - Charming view of courtesans in a teahouse on a spring day, the seated beauty in the foreground composing a verse. She holds a poem slip in one hand and a brush in the other, smiling as she looks over her shoulder. A verandah extends into the background, overlooking a garden filled with blossoming cherry trees. Wonderful detail in the architectural setting, with fine embossing in the flowering trees.

Image Size - 14 1/8" x 9 5/8" + margins as shown
