Tsuten Bridge, Tofukuji Temple at Kyoto, 1859 - Striking aerial view of the famous Tsuten Bridge at Tofukuji Temple in Kyoto in autumn. The maple trees are colored with red, orange, and gold foliage, creating an attractive contrast to the deep green hillsides and the flowing blue river. Visitors make their way across the bridge and up the steep cliff to reach the temple at upper left. A handsome design with beautiful color and fine bokashi shading in the water and sky.
