Comments - Attractive title page from the series "Tale of the Hero Jiraiya," a story about a legendary folk hero and magician named Jiraiya. The design shows a small shelf holding a large pitcher and cups, and two smaller kettles atop warmers, all arranged on a blue tie-dyed cloth. At lower right, a shallow basket holds coals with a fan resting across it. An interesting subject with fine detail.
