The Courtesan Hana Murasaki - Lovely portrait of the courtesan Hana Murasaki, smiling as she kneels beside a koto. She wears a beautiful purple kimono patterned with pine sprigs and wisteria blossoms over a red under robe, her hair adorned with large combs and many decorative hairpins. The figure is set off by a deep blue background surrounded by a confetti-like yellow border. An attractive image with fine line work in the hair and embossing in the white kimono collar.

Condition - With excellent color and detail as shown. Backed with paper, very slight soiling, a few faint creases. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
