Mt. Fuji from the Satta Pass - The Satta Pass was a famous area and an old battleground for military clans in the feudal period. Thus, this area was well known to viewers of Hiroshige prints. Here a group of travelers climbs the dirt road hugging the cliff side, a beautiful view of Fuji and the water beyond. A dramatic composition.
