Girls Playing Ball

Comments - Attractive design of two girls playing ball, one tossing it into the air as her companion grabs at her wrists. Each wears a green kimono patterned with pink cherry blossoms and decorative battledores used for a popular game similar to badminton, tied with a boldly striped obi. Delicate flowing line work in the graceful willow branches over head, and fine detail in the hairlines. A charming subject.
