Reaching up to a Tree

Comments - Interesting image of a man reaching up with a long pole into the branches of a tall tree. He wears a green and white dotted outer robe over a gray kimono and black leggings, along with a straw hat. A nicely drawn Edo era subject.

Artist - 19th century artist (unsigned)

Image Size - 2 1/2" x 12 1/2"

Condition - With excellent color and detail. Some rubbing and soiling in subject. Some light toning. A horizontal crease at center. A few small holes repaired from reverse. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
