Comments - Dramatic depiction of the famous general Sato Masakiyo (Kato Kiyomasa) and his men in battle. At left, the bold warrior stares across the battlefield, his eyes glaring fiercely beneath his horned battle helmet. One of his men stands beside him, carrying a bamboo pole decorated with the severed heads of the enemy, a gruesome battle trophy. The two forces clash as men tumble beneath the feet of war horses. An incredible samurai subject filled with energy and action, brilliantly capturing the chaos of the battlefield.
