Autumn Moon at Emonzaka in the New Yoshiwara - Beautiful Hiroshige landscape of a flock of birds silhouetted against a full moon as the evening sky begins to darken. Porters carry a palanquin up Emon slope below, with the rooftops of the New Yoshiwara district spreading out into the distance. A lovely composition enhanced by soft bokashi shading. A fine Takamizawa reprint with publisher's seal on reverse.
