Beauties of the West - Terrific double portrait of the celebrated beauties Sankizo of the Tachibanaya and Matsunosuke. One kneels on the ground playing a hand drum resting against her shoulder while the other waves a folded fan. The standing woman wears a black coat over a tan kimono with a charming design of toy boats, including ones made from folded paper and others constructed from leaves. Wonderful detail and color in the attractive fabrics. A lovely design rarely seen in reprint.

Image Size - 15 1/4" x 10 1/4"

Condition - With excellent color and detail as shown. Slight creasing and soiling. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
