Comments - Dramatic image of a group of samurai gathered atop a rocky ledge at right, having just pushed an enormous boulder down onto a Korean castle. The armored warriors peer over the edge of the precipitous cliff, watching intently as the stone lands on a tower of the fortress, sending pieces of masonry flying. Kato Kiyomasa watches at left, one of the three leaders of the Seven-Year War against Korea. He shields his eyes with his hand as he perches atop a rocky peak, gripping a spear with a white banner fluttering overhead. A fantastic image with the cliffs towering high above the mountainous landscape, and clouds drifting below softly shaded in different colors . A striking design, beautifully colored and detailed.

Condition - With excellent color and detail as shown. Three panels, not attached at the seams. A couple large wormholes, several smaller holes, repaired, blends well. Toning, slight soiling, a few creases. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
