Beauty Tying an Obi

Comments - Attractive image of a beauty dressing, tying a green print obi around her waist with both hands. She wears a blue and white floral print kimono over a red under robe, her bare feet peeking from beneath the hem. Her hair is arranged in a smooth bun adorned with a large comb and several hairpins. The title cartouche takes the form of a round fan. A classic Edo era beauty portrait.

Image Size - 9" x 13 1/2"

Condition - With excellent color and detail. Some wrinkling and creasing in subject. A few small holes repaired from reverse. Some light toning at edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
