Kusunoki Masashige Reading a Scroll - Handsome scene of Kusunoki Masashige sitting at a low lacquer desk, unrolling a scroll with both hands. He looks down solemnly at the writing, bowing his head for a closer examination. he wears a purple robe over his kimono, his sword handle and armor just peeking out at the back. A monk kneels beside him, staring placidly ahead with clasped hands, a traditional monk's mantle draped over his shoulder. Nicely drawn with expressive figures.

Condition - With excellent color and detail. Backed with old folio paper. Some slight soiling. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
