Taki Katei's Order of Colors - Lovely design from a five-volume series by Taki Katei titled "Order of Colors." This series featured a wide variety of subjects from nature, ranging from birds and flowers to landscapes, fruit, and insects, depicted throughout the seasons. These charming woodblocks are beautifully rendered with soft color and fine calligraphic brushwork, giving them the appearance of traditional Japanese paintings. A wonderful choice for display, either singly or in groups.

Condition - With excellent color and detail as shown. Vertical center fold from previous album inclusion. Slight thinning on reverse along sides. Some prints have a few small spots. Please see photos for a sense of individual condition. Generally in nice condition overall.
