Seventh Month Pilgrimage at Sensojo Temple - Interesting image of a young boy tugging on his mother's black obi. He tumbles backwards, looking over his shoulder as smoke billows from the hibachi on the floor behind him. The beauty wears a lovely patterned kimono in shades of pink and rose, her hair pulled back into a bun tied with a red ribbon and adorned with hairpins. This is one of ten prints in Kunisada's series, "The Pride of Edo," comparing beautiful young women with the famous places of Edo. A terrific design with wonderful detail.
