Stopping under a Cherry Tree

Comments - Attractive kabuki scene of a beauty and two men stopping for a rest under a blossoming cherry tree. The woman smiles as she holds out a small wooden bucket to her companion, a toothpick in her other hand. The seated man in the center holds out a small ceramic cup, beckoning her with his figure. The fellow at right watches the couple with an unhappy frown as he adjusts the dotted towel draped over his shoulder. The background is softly shaded from blue to white to green, framed by pink and white flowers. A charming spring subject, nicely colored.
