Original 20th century Japanese Woodblock Print
Working along the River

Comments - Interesting modern print showing the rocky shore of a river with laborers at work. At bottom right, a man carries a bundle on his shoulder, walking past colorful lengths of fabric stretched out to dry. Above, workers rinse the cloth in the flowing water. A bridge spans the river along the horizon, with buildings nestled along the trees on the far shore. Nicely detailed with delicate color.
